Uplift Bridge — Agreements

The work feels custom. The services repeat.

Build a SKU catalog of the services you actually deliver. Bundles, default pricing, boilerplate language with assumptions and limitations, and starter packs to get going. Drop a SKU into an SOW and the scope, the rate, and the contract clauses come with it.

No per user fees, ever.

Every consulting practice eventually realizes the same thing: the work feels custom, but the underlying services repeat. SKUs are how you make that repetition into leverage instead of guesswork.

Bundles + default pricing

Define each SKU once with default pricing — T&M, fixed, retainer, unit-based — then combine repeating SKUs into bundles. A 'Strategic Plan Refresh' bundle wraps discovery + working sessions + final report into one quotable item. The SOW wizard pulls the bundle in; you tune the rate per client when the deal warrants it.

Boilerplate with assumptions and limitations

Each SKU carries its own contract clauses: deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, timeline language. Drop the SKU into an SOW and the boilerplate flows in with it. Your senior team writes the language once; everyone benefits. No more copy-pasting last quarter's exclusion list and hoping it still applies.

Starter packs + import from past SOWs

Don't start from blank. Bridge ships starter SKU packs by practice area (strategy, operations, finance, HR, technology). Or upload a folder of past SOWs and Bridge generates SKUs from your real pricing and language — your catalog comes pre-populated with what's already worked.

SKU Intelligence

Bridge analyzes your signed engagements and quoted opportunities to surface what's actually working — which SKUs close, what your real average price is, where scope tends to creep, and which combinations bundle well together. Your catalog gets smarter with every signed SOW.

Anchor productized services

One product, one bill, one source of truth — instead of stitching 4 subscriptions together.

How Bridge compares to Anchor

Anchor's approach

Anchor sells productized services as standalone fixed packages with recurring billing. The package is the product — clients buy it as-is, often as a subscription. Strong for firms that have collapsed their offering down to a few well-defined recurring deliverables.

Anchor pricing scales with billings volume — percent-of-collected fees plus tier costs

Choose Anchor if: your offering is a small set of well-defined recurring services and you bill clients monthly for the same package every time.

Uplift Bridge's approach

Bridge treats SKUs as building blocks for custom SOWs, not just standalone packages. Quote a single SKU as a fixed engagement (Anchor-style) OR combine ten of them into a custom SOW with mixed pricing models. Most consulting work doesn't fit a single recurring SKU — Bridge handles the messy reality of custom-feeling SOWs built from repeating parts.

$69/mo flat on Bridge Pro — no per-SKU fee, no per-signature fee

Choose Bridge if: your engagements feel custom but the underlying services repeat — and you want a catalog that flows into custom SOWs instead of a fixed-package storefront.
