Program: Uplift Hub Notifications

Uplift Hub Notifications is a transactional SMS program operated by Uplift Partners, LLC. Messages are sent to registered users of the Uplift Hub who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications about platform activity.

What messages you'll receive

The Uplift Hub Notifications program sends transactional SMS messages related to your activity on the Uplift Hub platform. You may receive messages including:

  • New service request alerts — Notifications when new service requests matching your profile are posted to the Uplift Hub.
  • Service request updates — Updates to service requests you are following or have responded to.
  • Collaboration messages — Notifications when another Uplift user sends you a message through the platform.
  • Account-related alerts — Important notifications about your Uplift account, such as security alerts or invitation responses.

All messages are transactional in nature. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

How to opt in

SMS notifications require explicit, affirmative consent. To opt in, a user must complete all of the following steps:

  1. Create an Uplift Partners account at hub.upliftingpartners.com.
  2. Provide a mobile phone number in their account profile settings.
  3. Explicitly enable SMS notifications in the Notification Settings section of their account. SMS is not enabled by default. Users must affirmatively toggle on SMS notifications for each notification type they wish to receive via text message.

By enabling SMS notifications, you consent to receive recurring transactional text messages from Uplift Partners at the mobile number you provided. You can withdraw consent at any time (see "How to opt out" below).

How to opt out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time using either of these methods:

  • Reply STOP — Text STOP to any message you receive from Uplift. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.
  • Disable in Account Settings — Log in to hub.upliftingpartners.com and navigate to your Notification Settings. Toggle off SMS notifications for any or all notification types.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your platform activity and notification preferences. Typical users receive 1–10 messages per week. You control which notification types are delivered via SMS in your account settings.

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan and any applicable charges.

Privacy & data use

Your mobile phone number is collected solely for the purpose of delivering Uplift Hub transactional notifications. We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number to third parties for marketing purposes. Your number will not be used for any purpose other than sending the SMS notifications you have consented to receive.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier.
