Most small services firms run on a patchwork: a proposal tool, an e-signature tool, a redlining workaround, a time tracker, an invoicing tool, a client portal, and a folder structure in cloud storage pretending to be a document management system. Each piece is fine on its own. Together they don't talk to each other, and somebody on your team is the human integration layer holding it all up.

Agreements and CPQ

A full SOW wizard built on a service catalog, with blended billing models in a single agreement: fixed, time and materials, milestone, recurring, and unit-based. Built-in support for MSAs, NDAs, ICAs, and change orders.

E-signature

White-labeled e-signature flows are built into every agreement. No separate e-signature account, no extra subscription, no logo other than yours on the signing page.

Redlining and version control

Every version of every agreement is tracked automatically. Bridge compares any two versions and produces a clean redline, including documents your client edited in Word without Track Changes. The file-naming chaos goes away.

Time tracking

Bridge has a native time tracker tied directly to deliverables and engagements. If your team prefers an existing time tracking tool, we integrate. If you want to cut that subscription, you can.

Invoicing

Invoices draft themselves as billing events occur. Retainer drawdowns happen automatically. Payment processing is built in, including an escrow funding model for projects that need it.

Client portal

Every client gets a branded, magic-link portal where they can see project status, agreements, invoices, and weekly updates. No separate portal tool to set up, no separate subscription to manage.

Status reports

AI-drafted weekly status reports populated from actual project activity, ready for you to review and send. The Friday-afternoon status report ritual goes away.

Retainer management

Use-it-or-lose-it retainers, traditional carry-over retainers, multiple retainers per engagement, all tracked natively. The retainer-tracking spreadsheet goes away.

Native integrations with Salesforce and HubSpot mean that when an opportunity hits the threshold you set (we default to 80%), Bridge automatically drafts the SOW with account and contact data already filled in. Your CRM stays your CRM. Bridge picks up where it leaves off.

Your accounting system

Keep the accounting system you have. Bridge pushes invoices, payments, and revenue recognition entries into your accounting system so your bookkeeper has clean data without manual re-entry. The general ledger lives in accounting. Bridge feeds it.

Some firms run on tools with engineering DNA. Some standardized on a PMO favorite. Others are deep in a homegrown system inside their CRM. That choice is sticky for good reason, and we're not going to fight it.

So we made a different bet. Bridge owns the operations around the work: what was sold, what's in scope, what's been billed, what's been paid, what the client sees. Your task manager owns the work itself. We meet at one clean seam. When work happens in your tool, billing happens in ours.

You keep the project management tool your team already loves. You stop being the human integration layer between it and your accounting system.

The architectural bet

Bridge is built on one principle: own one layer deeply, integrate cleanly with the rest.

There's a category of software that tried to be everything: CRM, project management, billing, accounting, time tracking, all in one tool. The pitch was "one system, no integrations." What actually happened is they ended up mediocre at every layer, and customers bolted on best-of-breed tools anyway.

We made a different bet. Bridge owns services operations better than anyone, because that's the only thing it tries to do.
