Uplift Bridge — Agreements

Scope creep, formalized. Without the chaos.

Client asks for more? Don't redline the original SOW and pray. Don't email a new SOW that orphans the first one. Bridge issues a Change Order — formal scope amendment, linked to the parent SOW, with redline + AI summary + signature. Running totals across the SOW + every CO so you always know the current scope.

No per user fees, ever.

A change order is not an email exchange. Emails get lost. When something needs to change, it’s psychologically strengthening for both sides when the change order is a real agreement, linked to the engagement that came before it.
Tommy Spann, founder

First-class agreement type, linked to parent

A Change Order is a formal agreement type (alongside MNDA, MSA, SOW, ICA) — not a workaround. Each CO links to its parent SOW; the engagement workspace shows the lineage as a tree.

Running totals across SOW + every CO

Bridge tracks the original SOW value plus every Change Order's delta — running scope, running budget, running term. The engagement budget reflects the current truth, not the original SOW's pre-change number.

Same redline + signature workflow as the SOW

A Change Order goes through the same Bridge workflow: redline tracked at the word level, AI change summary, e-signature via BoldSign, audit trail. No 'change order is informal' shortcuts that fall apart in a dispute.

B

BoldSign

Change Orders use the same BoldSign signing flow as the parent SOW. Audit trail captures who signed, when, and from where. Audit PDF available for download whenever you need it.

W

Word & Google Docs

If a Change Order amendment was drafted in Word/Google Docs, import it into Bridge. The system links it to the parent SOW, runs the redline diff, and routes for signature — all without rebuilding the document.

C

Claude (via MCP)

Ask Claude to summarize all Change Orders against an SOW and what each one shifted (scope/budget/timeline). Useful for engagement reviews and client communications. Native MCP integration — no copy-paste prompts.

Bridge replaces

Email "scope confirmation"
Redlining the original SOW
New SOW that orphans the old
Verbal agreements

One product, one bill, one source of truth — instead of stitching 4 subscriptions together.

How Bridge compares to PandaDoc

PandaDoc's approach

PandaDoc supports document creation but doesn't model Change Orders as a first-class concept. To formalize a scope change, you'd duplicate the original SOW, edit, send for re-signature — losing the SOW lineage and any historical context.

$245/mo for 5 users on PandaDoc Business

Choose PandaDoc if: you're a sales team running one-off proposals where scope amendments are rare or handled via re-issued documents.

Uplift Bridge's approach

Bridge models Change Orders as their own agreement type with formal linkage to the parent SOW. The engagement workspace shows the full lineage — original scope, every amendment, current truth — so the delivery team always knows what's authorized.

$69/mo flat on Bridge Pro — change orders included on every plan

Choose Bridge if: you're a consulting practice where mid-engagement scope changes are common and you need a formal paper trail tied to the original SOW.
